I RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM THE MAKEUP DRAWER, BUT I DON’T LIKE SOME OF THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED. CAN I REPLACE THEM?
We have all the hope that you love all the goodies received from the makeup drawer, but we do know that some items are not for everyone. Unfortunately, once you receive your package, your product cannot be swapped out. I encourage you to give feedback. We are always open to listen.
DO THE MAKEUP DRAWER have a refund/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not have a refund/exchange policy. Only under special circumstances, some products may be exchanged /replaced if reported within 30 days of receiving your product. For USA domestic orders we offer FedEx and USPS shipping.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing some shipping delays. Our goal is to have each package shipped out 1 to 2 days after you order. Once your package is shipped we will email you a tracking number.
